I have been billed more amount because of Idea didn't change my plan as per my talk with Idea's costumer care executive.
From long time my number and my wife's number are grouped in CUG plan.
I have asked costumer care executive to change my tariff plan with keeping CUG "ACTIVE".
Idea changed my plan but deactivated CUG. I was not aware about deactivation of CUG.
I called my wife many time after deactivation of CUG plan. And when I have been bill with more amount, I came to know all this matter.
