This is to bring the following to your notice that:-
1 The customer service associate was unable to address the issue (Billing Discrepancy). Hence the same is not yet addressed.
2. I have asked for correction in the bill for erroneous charging of Rs.1198.40/- as the "PRORATED OVERAGE CHARGES", which has been wrongly charged for data usage in duplication to the GPRS charges of Rs.904.36/-
In view of the above I request that the same may be rectified and a corrected bill may be presented enabling me to make the payment
