i still have this sim card in my phone, please first unbarred my phone and let me incoming messages & calls and then call me for this resolution for this issue, so that i can clear my bill and unnecessary charges with ur representative

But i was told that my sim card will be unbarred and activated so i can also get bill reissued because of over charged bill
