[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — change my post paid plan to prepaid plan

res. sir i m gajendra kamethiya i use postpaid plan before 6 month but now i want change my plan according to subject. problem that sir i visited your idea cellular office in gwalior but no one help me in your office. they told me deposit some money for your idea account for change plan before 10 days. but now till not change my plan. i again visited your idea office in gwalior and asked them they told me that we send your request head office in three time.but head office deny your request. i called c c office and chat with mr. manish yadav. he told me sir i solve your problem within one day and send also comp lent no. but problem as it is now till. sir plz solve my problem.
