My internet plan has been changed to higher tariff and inflated bill has been sent, despite my declining to new plan it has been changed arbitrarily. i have written to the customer care of the company but nothing has been done. i have talked to the the company call centre also but they are not accepting mistake from their side. i have my all bills on time, but still i have to face this. what should i do
