[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Cheat customers | |||
R/Sir, I am user of idea prepaid services. On[protected] my net pack is about to end and I have received a message from idea company that your net pack is ends now and after it you will be charged by 4paisa/10kb. And in the same message a recharge for net is shown that recharge with 246 rs. And u will be get 1GB 3Gdata for 28 days. When I recharged my cell with 246rs., I have received only 750mb 3G Data for 25 days only. The customer care said that they have not send any such message on your number. You are requested to check this matter bacause I have faced a loss of rupees as well as less service. Was this information helpful? | |||
