[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — cheating customers and changing there life

my mobile number is [protected]. my balance was 800rs as i rechaged a day before with 550rs... on 7th of oct when i checked my balance it showed Rs.0.. i called up customer care they replied to me by saying that recharge of 550rs has not been done ... i explained them and told them that i have recieved a message of recharge done from the company and so asked them to lodge up complaint.. but they said they cant lodge a complaint and hung up the phone... then i mailed to appellete officer... from there also i got the same reply... that the recharge has not been done... then i went to the shopkeeper from where i got recharge done... he called up customer care and from der they told recharge has been done... but when i called from my cell they told recharge has not been done... then i told them to refund my money or else i will file a complaint in consumer court... but still i have not got my rechare.. please help me regards
