Idea Cellular — CHEATING ON BILL

My no Is [protected] – Ahmedadbad Area. On feb 18th I activated 199 2G unlimited Plan But I got bill Rs – 2500 for 2G Data uses. Please check the attached confirmation massage screenshot. From ahmedabad head office nobody response me properly. I am using from last 5 year same post paid plan. They cut down my incoming call. The customer care team is very rude, they are you have to pay the bill and will cut down your phone..

Hi,
I am not an idea representative good to see that atleast someone responded to your queries.
I unfortunately was a user of postpaid number [protected] and trying to deactivate it using last 6-7 months.
I raised queries and requests to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com, however no one seems to answer. My number was also cut down without any intimation and suffered a lot as all my bank account and netbanking was tied to it.
I paid all the amounts 3-4 months back and disconnected it however it surprisingly again raised an invoice amount of Rs 1025 which I again paid after talking to one of the representative Mr.Alok who confirmed that we are sorry for inconvinience caused, your number somehow was not disconnected an raised the bills. He assured me that once I pay the bill we will disconnect the number.
5 mins after paying the bills and when I again called to disconnect the number, their was change in voice and they told me the long procedures else they will continue raising the bills for the number.
Calling to customer complaint department and leasoning their stories and answers seems to me as some cinderella story from grandma as everyday its different.
Hope in future you go through happy disconnection procedures and hope someone reply to my mails (if not all the bandwidth of IIN is consumed in raising engineers, doctors and masterchef out of India).

It is regarding my no. [protected].
Firstly i want to request all people pls. Never ever go with any idea post paid no. This is the worst cm worst service in the world. They guys should be rewarded for their ways of cheating on customer and also fir their worst service.
Recently i have shifted from pune to punjab. My no. Was not in use from last 3 months. On 7th of may i received a call from idea the no. Was [protected] . The guy on the other side asked me to pay an amount of 5204 i was totally shocked as i have not used that no. Over 3 months.
After some discussion that guy told me to pay 4163 rps. He said your number somehow was not disconnected an raised the bills. He assured me that once I pay the bill we will disconnect the number.And the bill will not be generated from this month.
I paid all the amounts of 4163 and send msg to that guy however it surprisingly again raised an invoice amount of Rs 1041, now i start calling to that no. [protected] but noby pics up my ph. I tried from other nos. also once he picked up my call and when i tell him that i am parmod calling from punjab he suddenly cut the ph. And then again no. Answer after lots of calls.
Then i called on [protected] no. This no. Was mention in the mail invoice i have received after talking to one representative who said me that pls. Wait i am giving your call to Mr. Gaurav ... She cuts the line, i tried again and again but the same problem nobody respond on any of my call.
I have attached some images with this complaint. Till date i dun have any solution for this and i dun know where to raise the complaint whom to talk.
Hope in future you go through happy disconnection procedures and hope someone reply to my complaint (if not all the bandwidth of IIN is consumed in raising engineers, doctors and masterchef out of India).

You said that you have my contact details but i think you don't.Your representatives calling one of my friend for seeking my contact no. You people are totally fraud. Their are more then 6 people in my friend circle facing the same problem with your company.
I am using 2 new no. Of your company. Even in my family and relatives many people are using idea's no. And now i promised you that i will take an solid initiation to stop all of my friend and relatives for using any of idea's no. I am again requesting you to stop all this as it will badly effect your company's name and image. (If it really matters to you)
