Idea Cellular — Company sold plan by wrong information and now not responding for last 2 months

I have an idea connection for last 1 and a half year. In jan 16, i changed my plan to ( delta_combo_898_uwn) . I arranged to port 4 more numbers of all my family members to idea for this plan. At the time of registering for this plan i was told that rs 898 is rental for all 5 numbers as was my requirement. However, now the bill is being generated on the basis of rs 898 per number . I don’t understand why this is happening inspite of specifically asking this question from idea executives at the time of registering for this plan that this mount of rs 898 is for all five numbers. You can check my past record i have paid my all bills on time and never asked for any waivers but i can’t bear the burden of this bill due to false information given by idea to me at the time of registering for the plan.

My bills for the month of jan 16 were generated on 07.02.16 . I immediately contacted local idea centre and also filed online complaint to idea customer care about the issue and requested them to change my plan with immediate effect but they are not ready to change the plan .I have been following them, writing mails, requesting local idea centre to change my plan but they are not at all responding and have not yet changed my plan. Again the bills have been generated on 07.03.16 and now they are sending messages for bill payment and levy of late payment charges. How can i pay these bills when i requested for change in plan one and a half month ago. I have written several mails and reminders to idea customer care but i am not getting any response from their end.

Either the employees in idea are highly unprofessional or they don’t explain the plan properly or they don’t understand the requirement of the customer.

Further, i wrote this issue to many forums but no one is bothered to even take a note of it. I don't know where to make a complaint in this country. Telecom operators are doing whatever they want to do and customer complaints are being unheard. My next issue is how can a telecom operator not respond to customer complaints for nearly 2 months. Where should the customer go.

I hope that this forum will help in resolving my issue.
