Idea Cellular — complaint about recharge

I recharge through my online account, but through my mistake or server problem, recharge done 2 times, one recharge amount is 202 but 404 rupees debite through my account. I call in 198 but they not give me positive response. And they cut my phone. My no. Is [protected]
