Idea Cellular — Complaint against Idea Cellular for harassing

I have taken idea postpaid connection. Paid bill for 2 months without any hurdles for the plan taken. In the month of October 2014 I have purchased Moto G2 and inserted the idea postpaid sim : [protected]. When I started the phone, used the Beam internet thru wifi, I got the message that idea 3g plan activated by default. I called the customer care on the same time and asked to deactivate all the idea internet services as I will use only internet on my phone thru beam wifi. The person from customer care gave me no to deactivate and told that no charges are going to apply to this no. I have sent message and deactivated and got message that it got deactivated and confirmed this with customer care too. Later on I got the bill which has internet balance. When I asked them about the same, they are so irresponsible that they said it was charged for using internet. I called them many times and escalated the issue, no one responded properly and I clearly told them that please listen to the call I have done . Later after trying continuously 2 months and asking for call back from the team, I got a call from idea backend team and explained them the situation he said he will waive the amount but on one condition that I should take there idea internet services around 500. I said no, I do not require any of your idea internet services, he said it is mandate to take this service in order to waive the bill amount charged on idea, so that he can send e-mail to his higher authorities stating that I already have plan but was charged so to waive the fee, which I said it is wrong to take that service when I am fighting here against wrong bill sent against internet usage after deactivation of services too. They said it is not possible without that. I said no and asked them to check and let me know. Now, I got a call saying that case has filed against the number and need to pay the amount immediately. I am so unhappy with the idea cellular that they are so irresponsible and asking user to take wrong steps for there mistakes done. I want to log a complaint against the idea cellular for harassing me and threaten me to pay the amount. Regards, Shoba
