Idea Cellular — Complaint regarding excess charges- [protected]

Address:Panchkula, Haryana

On 26 nov 2014 my plan got changed to i399 from i599 due to glitches in idea website.And the bill came around rs 3200 instead of Rs 700.Idea custmer care is not admitting the mistake and not sending the revised bill as per plan i599.They have barred my services.What should i do ?
