[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deactivation of my 2G GPRS 98 (2GB) pack | |||
Hi, Please se below response from Idea customer care on 16-Dec-2014. I have raised below request to de-activate my Idea 2G mobile data Internet plan and got the confirmation as well that it has been de-activated on 16-Dec-2014 but still from last 2 months I have been charged rs180 per month for same data pack. Instead of de-activating my data pack, Idea is now charging me almost double the amount of my pack which was rs 98 before. I also sent an email below to Idea customer care to look into this issue but its been now 9 days that I have not got any response from them. When my wife called to customer care today to discuss about this issue, they clearly mentioned that we have not sent any confirmation email for de-activation of my data pack and no refund will be done. I need response in next 24 hrs or I will escalate this matter more..
