My number is [protected]. I had activated the roaming pack of rs. 38 on 7th June that had validity of 15 days. And the recharge was done twice on the same day. On 13 June, I received the message that a new pack has automatically been activated in which roaming would be 1p/6 sec. While I had not made any such request. I was out of town and out of balance and you started charging me roaming charges which I had already made free for incoming charges.
Upon talking with the customer care executive, I was told that I had dialled 12119 from my phone which activated the pack when I was in class, how can I activate the pack, I asked him to deactivate it, he said its not possible. I said that it has not been done by me and I want my prior pack to be activated. He asked me to recharge the tariff again.
What kind of service is this? When you taking money from us for free incoming and then asking us to cough up money while on roaming.
In this cut throat competition, this kind of service will take you nowhere. I want my whole hard earned money to be refunded which has been tricked from me. Was this information helpful? |
