My idea no is [protected]. Today on 29/09/2015 my idea mb balence was -1.0 Rs.and data was 911 mb but suddenly aftre 4 pm I got a message of deduction of data and balence .now my balence is showing -100.1 Rs and only 410 mb. I cant understand why my balence deducted which was already negative and also cut my data .custmor care also not receiving my call.
