[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Deduction of Amount from my Mobile No[protected]

Respected Sir/Mam, I am using the IDEA mobile no-[protected], in this mobile from yesterday the amount is deducting due to the usage of Internet. Today in the morning Rs. 28.00 deducted from my balance amount for surfing the site on internet, i get this information from your customer care employees. He or she is telling that i have used the site for more than 30 minutes, but i am not satisfied with this information as this is totally wrong, i have only used the site for 2-3 minutes. Again the mam is telling that i have use the Facebook which is also totally wrong. Pls give me the correct solution and refund the amount which is wrongly deducted for not using the site.
