[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deductions without customer knowledge | |||
My Mob. NO. IS [protected]. I got an SMS stating that I have been deducted 75 Rs for subscribing Shooting Stars, in fact I don't know what is that even. When I contacted customer care they are telling that I have activated and have to use it. Now I came to conclusion that not to keep main balance above 50Rs. Maybe after finishing balance I discard.
