[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Delay in Activation-10days and Pathetic Service

I raised a request on migration from postpaid to prepaid on 20th november 2014 for [protected] . I have submitted all valid profs on the same day and i cleared all the bills. it was disconnected all services on same day. as of now it was not activai have approached for this request at IDEA MADHAPUR SHOWROOM. they are behaving very rude and not providing proper information and using volger language. so please take sevior action on them from side .you can contact me on [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com
