Idea Cellular — Delay in issuing postpaid connection

I had applied for a post paid connection and had submitted the relevant documents and money(400/-) on 3rd feb 2015. Till today(23/02/15) I d'nt receive my postpaid connections. Mrs. Suraj Tawde with mobile nos. [protected], had taken the full responsibility of this when I called to follow up. At first he tried to negelect my call, once after great difficulty i was able to get thought to him & tell him my problem, he assured that the process will complete within 3-4 days, but till today its not been done. Also, I have no other way to contact this person or any other idea ppl to follow the status, as they are consistently trying to avoid my call. I want to withdraw my request, as I no longer need any idea postpaid connection. please refund my money as well as my documents
