[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — did not submit my document for outgoing stoppage problem

I am Raju sharma
before 2 days i call idea costumer care for my idea outgoing call is stoped
his say me sir you submit your document your for active your outgoing call.
when i go submit my document in idea min store in mankhurd mangal murti complex
then he told me i will not active your idea card, i told him sir my incoming is working then he told
after few days incoming is also will be deactivet, i question him sir why
he say i dont know.
what is this he did not answer me why stoped my outgoing...
