Dear Team, I am using idea pre paid card from 3 years, Rquested to you please look into this matter and do the need ful for below, I have pre-paid number of idea and i am facing very troubling from last 3 days. continously getting schem masseges from idea and 800 msg recieved in a single day.and when ask to call center for same they revrt and ask for wait 7 days for same.these was a rediculas services from idea. If idea can resolve the matter in 12 hours it was good for them otherwise i want to dissconnect the number from at all. Regards, Sanket Shah [protected]
