[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Error in the last 6 month mobile billing | |||
I am getting bill with an additional charges from the previous 6 months. After recharging my postpaid account with 150rs, I was being told that my postpaid account will be on 0rs monthly charge for the next 6 months but even then the Idea company is charging me the monthly bill from the last 6 months. I am continuously trying to contact the customer care of Idea cellular, but either they are not attending my calls or if they pick it up, they would say, ''We are not able to hear you."
