[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Explain me about my unbilled usage at your earliest.

I am Gopi and my number - [protected]. I have been using Idea post paid services for 6 months and have been happy with their service till I activated booster pack 3G 300MB of monthly rental Rs. 100 on April 9, 2015. In a week, I received a message that my unbilled usage (Rs. 952) was exceeded the credit limit of Rs. 900 and have to pay the bill to avoid restriction of services. I had around 25 MB unused 3G data though. I reached out Idea customer care to know about unbilled usage and the customer care guy replied me that usually they had no information regarding customers unbilled usage till the monthly bill generated and could not help me out from this. Also I rechecked with him if I were caught with any other services unknowingly/mistakenly. He clearly told me that there was no other service activations except 3G 300 MB booster pack. I deactivated this 3G booster pack on 16th April, 2015 after my unsed 3G data reached 0.5 MB. Again, I received a message that my unbilled usage was Rs. 1258 and asked me to pay. My calls and message usages were not exceeded the monthly plan I chosen. Can Idea Cellular explain me how far it is justifiable asking me to pay, for which your customer care failed to provide the unbilled usage details, to avoid the restriction of services? I am going to entertain your unbilled usage amount till you give a proper explanation(without huge hidden charges). So, please help me out at your earliest. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
