After sending, So many mail to Corporate customer care - Delhi and visit to IDEA Regional office, Noida. No Solution ...Then I decide to discontinue this no ..without paying extra Bill. Now Idea recovery team threatening me for legal action.

I called to 198 and had dicsussion with PRIYANKA_JOSHI. She activated 399 data plan for re-retting my bill. As per her extra data charges will remove from my bill. I also recive confirmation mail with referance Communication Id C1-[protected].
I required confirmation from your side as well. If possible let me know final bill amount.

It seems that you do not understand below mail, in a simple language I am not going to pay any thing untill unless extra data uses charges not removed from my bill.

Rerate this bill with 198 data plan and let me know final payment if you want me to continue this number.

Hi Team,



Recently I received my bill of Idea Number: [protected] of amount: 16964.62/- . I have some question regarding this bill are as:

1. My credit limit is 2000/- Rs ..why its exceed ..?

2. My internet plan is 2Gb, I am getting my data uses message daily almost, if its near to limit.. I am getting data plan change messages ...However last month no message at all.

3. If my data plan is exceed, it should stop working or intimation about uses charges and data uses.

4. I received a call from number [protected], The lady represent her from Idea and inform me about uses of data and suggest me to change the data plan from 98 to 198 ..to get the reversal of extra uses. I agree to her give confirmation to change the plan. Still I received huge bill.



Let me know the resolution of my problem, Otherwise I have no option to discontinue this number.
