[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Fake and Bogus billing on Data Pack Pro-ration

This complaint is regarding the mobile #[protected]. I must say that Idea is a big piece of crap and your services sucks big time! From the day I bought the postpaid SIM card, I’ve been struggling with poor network reception, exceptionally slow speed even on 3G mode and last, but not the least, indefinite call drops. Keeping everything aside, the billing procedure was something that really pissed me off! I mean the customer isn’t dumb that you can try cheating him so easily. Just have a look on my bill. For 230 MB data usage charged 1324/- I need explanation on this. i spoke to technical team regarding this and they never revealed about this. Please provide detailed billing information
