Dear Concern,
I am using an idea connection since last 6 months and didn't face any issues. I used to pay the bill on time and last month suddenly by bill amount increased from Rs. 600-700 to Rs.3000 and then I had word with your executive he didn't solve my issue. After so may delays, your executive told me to put waiver request without informing me proper terms and condition. And now once the waiver is done all the conditions are being told to me. Please check if you can do anything or else I need to take help of consumer forum as wrong commitments are being done and no one ready to take action on the same. If you want you can listen the conversation done b/w me and your executive then you will get to know that no information has been provided from your side.
