Idea Cellular — For deducting balance without me sending any request for customised service

Ma'am/Sir, My mother's number is [protected]. After many days we switched on her mobile and recharged it for 20 and 50 rupees. We received an sms saying "balance has been deducted for dialer tone service" which we did not request. Her mobile was not active for many days, but she received an sms on 19th saying they have received dialer tone request.
