[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Fraud On Data recharge

Hi I have submitted a complaint to idea cellular which is given as below ""MY IDEA NO. is XXXX i have done a3 g recharge of rs 249 before recharge my 3g balance was around 600 mb and after recharge instead of adding balance my 600mb data was lapsed i have spoken to customer on 12345 and 198 to lodge my compalint 3 times spoken to vikas, deepak, harihar and also someone else also at 6:15 pm today each time i got different answers, one said my 3g balance data is added and two said that data is lapsed. these guys doesnt know what gb mb is and i have to explain them what it is. i want my remaining balance back or i will escallate this issue till TRAI"" The reply from Customer care i got that they will reimburse the amount and their mail is as below: "From: <[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com> Date: Saturday, October 18, 2014 Subject: With reference to your Idea Mobile Number : [protected] and SR Number : Q1-[protected] To: [protected]@gmail.com Dear Customer Greetings of the day! This is with reference to your e-mail regarding refund. We acknowledge receipt of your concern refund and shall revert at the earliest with the resolution of your complaint. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and co-operation in this interim. Kindly note the service request number Q1-[protected] for your reference. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you in the event of any service lapse on our part. Also, we would ensure that the matter be brought to the notice of the concerned people to avoid recurrence of such incident in future. You may also contact our Customer Care by dialling 12345 (nominal charges of 50 paisa / 3 minutes) from your Idea mobile number & in the event of any Request & Complaints dial 198 (Toll free). Thanks and regards Deepa Verma Customer Service Team Idea Cellular Ltd" But after few days i didnt got the reimbursement then i wrote a mail to appellate and they replied me: "From: Appellate Delhi <appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com> Date: Saturday, October 25, 2014 Subject: With reference to your Idea Mobile Number : [protected] and SR Number : Q1-[protected] To: "[protected]@gmail.com" <[protected]@gmail.com> Dear Mr. Ahmed, Greeting for the day! With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that first recharge of Rs. 249 was made by against your Idea number [protected] on September 27, 2014 in which you were eligible for 1GB 3G data for 30 days. We would like to inform you that another same recharges was made by you on October 1, 2014 and October 13, 2014 against your Idea account due which all the benefits gets over lapsed. As per the details mentioned above, we regret that we would not be able to reverse the balance towards your Idea mobile number. We value your association with us and look forward to your continued patronage. We would request you to please follow the below touch points in case of any future assistance: Regards, Jatin Kumar " Request you to resolve my complaint

Idea customer care is doing fraud, here they are saying that my complaint is resolved but at the same they have sent me below mail in which they are saying totally different thing as above. I would like to say that i will not hide anything here so that people will think twice before they apply for a connection in Idea

Below is the reply that i got from Idea

With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that as per the process your was received the correct benefit on the recharge and we cannot reverse the any amount as there is no error against your number.

In reply i have sent this mail to Idea

"for your information i did not received any benefit. my account balance was around 600mb before recharge and after recharge of 1gb my 600mb data was lapsed because of your and fraud policies and writing just a mail to me will not address my concern. all i want to get back my data deducted by you due to your company fraud policies.
again i bring you notice that it was no where written or mentioned that my data will be lapsed after i do recharge and this is sufficient to drag you company in consumer court and i belong to the family of lawyers and it will be easy for me to send your company a legal notice.
i hope next time you will come with the correct resolution instead of mentioning your companies stupid policies"

again you are saying the same thing i have already told you that recharge of 1 gb was done but remaining balance 600mb data was lapsed dua to a fraud and it was no where written that my data will be lapsed after recharge kindly do not disguise people over here
