Recently got Idea 4G sim swap.
There was 1GB free data offer, I sent msg to 12345 and got the offer..but on using 4G internet my entire balance got drained, contacted your customer care and your customer care executives refused to register my complaint.

This has greatly annoyed me and taken away all the trust I had on your network & services. I'm considering swapping my sim to some reliable network.

I try to recharge for idea sim. I put my number. And put the operators (Idea). But i can't fine my city (Imphal or manipur). And i look for near state (Entire north east) there also i can't fine any near state. So i can't recharge without filling proper operator name.. Paytm pliz focus
