[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Haven't Got My GPRS Balance Even After 6 Hours of My Online Recharge | |||||
I have recharged online with the GPRS pack of Rs. 58/- at 2.14 PM but still haven't got my GPRS balance yet. I am a Idea Kolkata customer. My no. is [protected]. I have talked with the customer care they said it's a technical fault and will be cleared soon but I haven't got my balance yet even after 6 hours of my recharge. I know that it's not a technical fault because I have also recharged on my another no. but it was successful then why they are not giving my GPRS balance. Oct 18, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Well at least thanks for giving me my money back instead of giving my gprs balance. They tried to call me but I was busy in those days, so they couldnt reach me but at least they realises their mistake and paid me back my money. Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
