Today morning, its of 23 may 2016 I saw an offer of 165 on my idea no [protected] which was promised to give me 1gb of internet, (screenshot attached with date and time), after recharge, my internet balance was still zero, upon using balance balance was deducted. Upon calling the customer care guy, nothing was resolved.
Again, I recharged the phone with a top up of 20, received a message of its success. Yet, didn't receive any balance, and again called you guys, no issue was resolved. I am sending this text hoping both the issue get fixed. I have wasted half a min on the guys over the customer care section. I have my entrance today, and I had to receive very important documents today, just you people I am not being able to do so, can't call anyone in this distant world. I'm gonna sue you all people for all the problems you have made me go through.
