[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Idea 4g smart wifi

My idea dongle is not working after activation. When contacted customer care, they told me to pay 2045 rs to continue service. I used the dongle only for 4 days and they dont clarify the reason behind the bill amount.

I dont want this dongle. I want my refund of rs 2000 for this dongle.

Updated by dmchitra now i got abill for 3500 rs but i opted for 20 gb plan i called customer care no proper response... ibought this devixe for 2000 rs which is wastenow... please regund my amount

Idea — Not getting full offer data

In morning I received msg from idea company in this msg I get some offer like 99rs recharge get 1gb 2G for 28 days thn I do recharge 99rs but I dont get 1GB I get only 450mb n only 14 days... Plz do something as soon as possible
