[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Idea - Broadband | |||||
I got email from Idea for some outstanding payment against my account : '[protected]'. I had requested to disconnect this account 30th January 2016 and ticket number for the same is 'TCT[protected]'. However they did not disconnect it and gave me a bill for February month even though I did not use any services as I have been relocated from that place. I called customer care and requested to provide me usage for the bill however I did not get any response, I even sent email to '[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' to let me know details regarding my usage but no response. Finally I assumed that someone staying at my old address might have used internet till it got disconnected. As mentioned in the email from Idea I called representative and made my due payment on '23-Oct-2016', transaction ID for the same is 'HCMP[protected]'. Representative said I will get my receipt soon however there is no response after that and representative is not even picking my call. I called Idea customer care to check if my payment is reflecting against my account and cleared the outstanding but outstanding is still reflecting against my account. Call center representative asked me to send email to '[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' along with transaction id. I did the same still there is no response. In this particular area the consumers are not able to make calls or receive calls from their mobiles for last four days. The mobiles are showing full networks. In this area only this area are not gating the services.
