Dear Sir/madam,
My self Avinash Deshpande I'm using idea cellular service for this no.[protected].
I'm facing excess bill problem. The excess amount charged on my number is Rs. 719/- I've raised complaint against the same and after that the idea executive told me to pay Rs.419/- I have already paid the said amount but still my outgoing service is barred.
Please do the needful to resolve my problem.
