Dear Idea, Worst company in India..i m port the idea connection after that we taken plan 299 also taken additional 250 internate pack 1 gb but after end of pack idea is not stop my plan so i m also not undestand that my pack is end but after that idea renew tha pack by default not intimate me now my bill is 3000 rs. we also spoke with customer care he told company not intimate the renewal also its not in our policy. and also i m asked that wna t to register the compalint but he told no one take the your complaint ….IDEA….Worst
