Chaurasia, hereby bring it to all of yours notice that how one IDEA Official Store named, AAPS Enterprises situated at 33, Nehru Complex, Plot No. B-9, Pandav Nagar, Delhi-110092, did a lot of activities to harass me for unknown reasons. HIGHLIGHTS: 1. I applied for my Number [protected] to be migrated to Pre Paid to Post Paid. 2. The above Number was joined with a Corporate Plan without my consent. 3. My SIM / Number is not working Since 26/03/2015 despite several complaints. 4. I have been ill-treated by IDEA Official Store - AAPS Enterprises. They have challenged me, "SIM chalu karwa kar dikhao." 5. On 03/04/2015, Idea Customer Care Executive Avinash told me, "The Number [protected] is not on your name, rather it is allotted in the Name of Cyber Core Services. There is no relation between the Number [protected] and you, Kamal Kr. Chaurasia." He also informed me that the SIM is activated but not the one which I have. So the question is who is possessing the SIM and what is being done with that SIM. I myself dialled [protected], it says that either the Number is Switched Off or Out of Coverage Area. Supposedly, it indicates that somebody kept this SIM under his/her ILLEGAL POSSESSION. 6. Many more persons (from the same building) like Sheikh Majid, Anil Maurya and Friend of Sheikh Majid have also been cheated / misled by this Idea Official Store through its Executive, Pandit. All these three persons have opted out of Idea or ruled out to join Idea. If the enquiry is done, the details will be out. 7. I request you to please solve all this and my demands are as follows: (a) Return back my Number [protected] in Pre Paid and Port me out with immediate effect because there is no point to be with IDEA. (b) Refund of ₹300/- taken by Amit on behalf of AAPS Enterprises on 20/03/2015 should be given back to me. (c) Store should issue me an unconditional Apology Letter. (d) Issue me a Certificate mentioning that this Mobile Number [protected] was not usable to me and if something Illegal / Mischievous has been done during the period from 26/03/2015 to till the date of handing over this Number to me, I (Kamal Kr Chaurasia) will not be held responsible as this Number was not in my custody because a SIM is active but not in my possession. IN DETAIL: 1. I am the user of a Prepaid Number (of MTS) [protected] which was ported in to Idea somewhere in October-November, 2014. This number is my main number and very important to me. 2. On 20/03/2015, one Executive namely Amit working for the above mentioned Store came to me and offered a better plan by converting my connection Pre-Paid to Post-Paid. 3. I submitted the documents along with ₹300/- in cash. On Friday, i.e., 27/03/2015, I was given a new SIM vide Number[protected] and my old SIM gets Deactivated (perhaps sometime on 26/03/2015). Since then I just received one call from Idea which inquired whether ₹300/- deposited or not. I told them that yes, it is deposited already in cash. 4. Till 29/03/2015, None (old / new) of the SIMs have been activated showing 'NO NETWORK'. However, I was been assured by Amit and the other Executive that within 24 hours, the connection will get activated. On this day, Idea Customer Care Executive says that it will get activated after 1st April, 2015. I also fear that they would have been telling lie about the Plan also. The Plan which they offered me was that in Rs. 149/- per month, I will get 600 minutes free along with calling on one number absolutely free. 5. On 30/03/2015, I received an e-mail from Pragya Shrivastava, Customer Service Team, IDEA Cellular Limited saying: "This is with reference to your email regarding Pre to Post Migration. We wish to inform you that request for Pre to Post Migration has been initiated and CPV has been done via Service Request Number 1-[protected] and same will get completed by 31st March 2015." On the very same day, a person named GAURAV from the same store called me from his number [protected] on 11:33 hrs. saying that he is calling from IDEA Customer Care and told me in high pitch that the Store is not responsible, you cannot complaint like this. Later around 13:30 hrs. another person named Pandit from the same store came to my staff, Raghvendra Bhadauria, and asked him to show the Receipt dated 20/03/2015 against the deposited amount of ₹300/-. My staff asked me what to do, I told him to show it to him. But he snatched it saying that he will return it after showing it to his boss at the Store. He assured my staff that the SIM will be started in 15 minutes. However, when my staff went to his Store and asked for the Receipt, Gaurav refused it. Later when I called Gaurav, he said I am the owner of the Store and do whatever you can do through e-mails. He used 'not a professional' language saying why you need Receipt, I will return your money ₹300/-. Later he came to my office and used Abusive language and again repeated that do 'mailing-mailing' even upto Appellate Authority, nothing matters to me as you don't have any proof. He also informed me that my number has been included with a Corporate Plan which I did not opt. 6. On 30/03/2015 itself, in the evening, when I met my friend Om Prakash Maurya, Proprietor of Cyber Core Services, I told him all the matter. He told me that he put my Number [protected] on Corporate Plan because Pandit told him that for Corporate Plan, at least four numbers are required so he put my number. Pandit told him that once the Corporate Plan will be activated, he (Pandit) can move out the unrequired number from the Corporate Plan, very easily as he used this formula many times so don't worry no problem will arise. So Om Prakash proceeded further. 7. On 30/03/2015 itself, Om Prakash also got SMS, "Congratulations dear customer. Your new Idea number [protected] is ready for activation. Dial 59059 for tele-verification." While the SIM vide Number[protected], which was given to me (Kamal), was still showing 'NO NETWORK' and none other SIM for this Number was given to me or Om Prakash. My friend, Om Prakash, didn't know that I had earlier applied for Pre Paid to Post Paid Migration. He stopped the Corporate Plan Initiation through his Primary Operator, i.e., Airtel. 8. On 31/03/2015, I called up Idea Customer Care Number [protected] at around 20:20 hours and reached Post Paid Section. Just after listening only that my Number was Pre Paid, the Executive connected me to Pre Paid Section. There an Executive attended me and said, "This Number is deactivated from Pre Paid and I don't have further information. If you applied for Post Paid then you should go to Post Paid Section." He connected me to Post Paid again. This time, some Sachin was on the line. After checking his data of this Number, he shocked me by saying that the Number [protected] was ported from Aircel. I told him that this Number was with Idea Pre Paid since around 5 months but he insisted that no, it was with Aircel. He further informed me that this Number was part of a Corporate Plan and on 30/03/2015, a Request for Pre Paid to Post Paid Migration was generated by AAPS Enterprises. I asked him then why this Number was off since 26/03/2015 but he told me that he don't know. He even talked to Pre Paid Section at his own. Then I again explained him the whole matter. He again told me that he is going to initiate an enquiry in this matter and gave me a Communication ID Number C1-[protected]. He told me that this matter will be solved in 48 hours. 9. After waiting around 3 days, I called up Idea Customer Care Number [protected] on 03/04/2015, went to Post Paid Section. There I was connected with Avinash, he told me, "The Number [protected] is not on your name, rather it is allotted in the Name of Cyber Core Services. There is no relation between the Number [protected] and you, Kamal Kr. Chaurasia." He also informed me that the SIM is activated but not the one which I have. So the question is who is possessing the SIM and what is being done with that SIM. I myself dialled [protected], it says that either the Number is Switched Off or Out of Coverage Area. Supposedly, it indicates that somebody kept this SIM under his/her ILLEGAL POSSESSION. Store Officials challenged me, "SIM chalu karwa kar dikhao." 10. Till date, No Verification / Confirmation has been done for my Number. 11. Many more persons (from the same building) like Sheikh Majid, Anil Maurya and Friend of Sheikh Majid have also been cheated / misled by this Idea Official Store through its Executive, Pandit. All these three persons have opted out of Idea or ruled out to join Idea. If the enquiry is done, the details will be out. Now, I request you to please solve all this and my demands are as follows: (a) Return back my Number [protected] in Pre Paid and Port me out with immediate effect because there is no point to be with IDEA. (b) Refund of ₹300/- taken by Amit on behalf of AAPS Enterprises on 20/03/2015 should be given back to me. (c) Store should issue me an unconditional Apology Letter. (d) Issue me a Certificate mentioning that this Mobile Number [protected] was not usable to me and if something Illegal / Mischievous has been done during the period from 26/03/2015 to till the date of handing over this Number to me, I (Kamal Kr Chaurasia) will not be held responsible as this Number was not in my custody because a SIM is active but not in my possession. Please treat it as the last warning. I will wait for 48 hours and after this, I don't have any choice other than going to the Police and to the appropriate Consumer Forum / Court, etc. This was my main number so if the litigation starts, I will ask for Compensation also in lieu of the Damages caused due to all this.
