[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Idea postpaid sim not activated even after a week also.

Sir,
I have applied for idea postpaid sim on last saturday 20/05/2016. They told the sim will be activated within 24 hours. But after a week also, the sim is not activated. Address verification also not happened. They have not even shown the courtesy of calling my alternate number. I am providing you the details please look into it.
Name as per document:malleshappa basanna teli

Alternate number:[protected]
Reference number:[protected]
Store from where i have taken sim:pranav communications btm layout bannerghatta road bangalore.

Please help me as soon as possible.
