Today i got disconnected without information my service is disconnected and there is no phone call saying that we are disconnecting the incoming and outgoing calls . i am getting the message as No service in my phone and message is "authentication required " warning message. there is no other option is not visible. what a worst kind of this messages always saying we will let you know and get back what is this even customer care and service executives. i did not get even a single call and asking about amount information they are saying wait upto feb 1st. if so what about my outgoing and then why shou;d i have to wait and if i want to pay the bills OTP i srequired i had given my mobile number but still my phone is showing as "No Service" message. Why these kind of services are providing and why dont you respond immediately.
my complaint is not resolved and now the bill is came 4029 how it is possible and also disconnected the service how it comes for 4029 rupees bills. Customer service peoples are only reading the lines and listening my words. even i am explaining from initially also they are not verifying properly.
always generates like this bills even i have not used(disconnected service) how can the bills will automatically thousands it is too bad service and i am not geting the fast reply from any peoples of customer service/any one
