Idea Cellular — Issues with postpaid connection. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Ranjit Dhumal. [protected] is my idea postpaid number and suddenly without any request from me, my SIM has been converted to prepaid and I was not intimated priorly by the company.Even the SIM is not working since 7th April 2015. I have contacted the Idea care, Saswad.I visited the SIM provider. I have called Idea customer care repeatedly but got no response. My problem is not solved even after 8 days of suffering. I want company to solve my problem today itself otherwise I will change the provider because I cannot take this inconvenience anymore. Awaiting a positive response soon.
