[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Main balance deduction even data balance had!

I have already contacted costumer care and appellate desk but not satisfied ! Following are the details !

Idea mobile no: [protected]

I have lost main account balance while using internet from my mobile !

I have data balance of 5mb data now also but when i have disconnected
Internet main account balance of rs: 42.40 /- deducted !

Credit the wrong deducted balance as it reflect badness among idea
Users from friend to friends and dislike idea for this type of wrong
Deductions !
Finally christina anthony(Appellate officers desk) is not helping costumers with care !
Immediately penalize christina anthony(Appellate officers desk ) and refund the balance deducted and additional benefits if any !

THEY HAVE PROVIDES BALANCE WITH CREDITING SOME BUCKS, NOT ALL THE BALANCE, VERY POOR IDEA APPELLETE DESK WASTE NETWORK SUPPORT CHEATER NETWORK !
