SIR, I HAVE THE ABOVE MENTIONED PREPAID NUMBER [ [protected] ]FOR LAST 3 TO 4 YEARS, NOW DUE TO CHANGE IN HAND SET I HAD I TOOK A MICRO SIM CARD FROM YOUR IDEA STORE, BUT THE SAME DID NOT GOT ACTIVATED FOR A WEEK, ON INQUIRY I WAS INFORMED THAT THE PAPER SUBMIT ARE MISS-MATCHING. IN THIS CASE I CALLED THE CALL CENTER WHERE I WAS INFORMED THAT SAID NUMBER IS REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF MR.RAJENDRA.R.PILLAY WHERE AS MY NAME IS MR.YOGENDRA.R.PILLAY, ALL MY OTHER DETAILS ARE MATCHING. THE IDEA STORE AND THE CALL CENTER BOTH ARE ASKING ME TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS IN THE NAME OF MR.RAJENDRA.R.PILLAY TO GET THE SIM ACTIVATED, WHICH I CANNOT DO AS THERE IS ON ONE AS MR.RAJENDRA IN OUR FAMILY. IT IS SIMPLE CASE OF DATA ENTRY MISTAKE ON THE PART OF THE IDEA DEALER WHO SOLD ME THE SIM THAT TIME. I WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE SAME NUMBER AS IT IS BEING SUBMIT AT VARIOUS PLACES, I CAN PRODUCES ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENT IN THE NAME OF MR.YOGENDRA.R.PILLAY. KINDLY HELP IN THE MATTER OR LEAST INFORM THE WAY TO GET THE DETAILS CHANGED OR VERIFIED, AS I AM VERY MUCH INTERESTED TO KNOW HOW THE SAID NUMBER GOT REGISTERED ON THE NAME OF MR.RAJENDRA.R.PILLAY, WHEN THE DOCUMENT WERE SUBMITTED OF MR.YOGENDRA.R.PILLAY, IS THERE NO VERIFICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS AT ANY OTHER POINT THEN THE RETAILER. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NUMBERS IS CURRENTLY NON WORKING AS THE SIM CARD IS DAMAGED IN ABOVE WHOLE PROCESS. PLEASE HELP ME IN THE MATTER. REGARDS YOGENDRA.R.PILLAY [protected]

Updated by yrpillay Sir, I got 2 calls from Idea Cellular on that day itself [07.04.2015], just asked for the problem &
said that they will look in the matter, as of now [10.04.2015] no more information from them,
I tired to contact both the numbers from where I got the call but both cannot be contacted.
I am just waiting.Please Help.

on the very first Days itself [07.04.2015], and for you information I was contacted
on my above alternate No on that day itself by Idea Customer Care two times.

AND PLEASE SEE THAT THE ISSUSE IS SLOVED AS
MY NUMBER IS NOT WORKING FOR LAST MANY DAYS.

on 11/04/2015, I called up idea customer care toll free no. [[protected]]
today morning 10.47, regarding the same and provide alternate No,
But shocking they say there is no complaint regarding this number and
if there is any provide the complaint number. So I called IDEA LOCAL
COSTUMER CARE NO. 12345 to get the information, but there also
I wad informed that there is no complaint as such regarding this no
and if there is any provide the complaint number, They also told
me that on my last call to Idea Costumer Care on 10.04.2015
I was provided information regarding SIM CHANGE only, whereas
My so called call was transfered to senior Executive and I was
informed by Him that my Complaint is sent to the Technical team
and I will get some information soon say by 48 Hours.

AND TODAY THEY SAY THERE IS NO COMPLAINT,

PLEASE HELP AND UPDATE THE INFORMATION.

do not know that is taking so long,

Do not know HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE.

FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS DUE TO NON WORKING
OF MOBILE.

PLEASE SPEED UP THE ISSUE OR TELL ME THAT
PROBLEM WILL NOT SLOVED, SO THAT I MAY
THINK THE OTHER WAY OUT.
