Idea Cellular — Moner reduction due to flash messages | |||
I m using an idea connection from last five months. From the past 15 days flash messages are appearing on my phones and my balance got deducted 3 times while my phone was in pocket. I called Idea customer care 2 times and they took my complaint and told that it would stop in 24 hours but it didn't. Still m receiving these flash messages. Please take necessary actions.
