[Resolved] Idea Cellular Mumbai — Regarding the Monthly Bill | |||
Dear Idea Consumer Service, I am using Idea post paid connection([protected]) from last four years in between i have converted into prepaid but in last month again i have took a new connection on same number. i have received my monthly bill but in this bill lost of bill is generating in GPRS use. Where i have a Vodafone data card for Internet SIM i am using GPRS through Vodafone only. Then why this charges have been added. if i have used the GPRS from idea SIM please share me details. Other wise i have already paid amount.please check my account at idea. My SIM is blocked from last 1 week i am not able to get any personal SMS and calls. my work is getting hampered. Requesting you please check the same and provide proper solution. Otherwise i have to go other operators. Waiting for your quick response.
