Idea Cellular — My data is being deducted even though the net pack is turned off | |||
Hello I have just ported from Airtel to idea and from the day the day 1 I am facing a lot of issues. I have being charged for the data consumption even though my data pack is turned off. When i raised the support ticket the give me all sort of lame excuses and manipulating my statements. Just to close the case they make false statements and in return it is never fulfilled.
