Dear Idea,
I have already paid rs 855 but today is my outgoing service disconnected, I have talk with miss priyanka but she cant help me and she talk rudely, I have asked to her senior but she did not connect to her senior,
First of I have already register complaint regarding unwanted bill charges but still time not clear my issue, kindly revise my bill & start my outgoing service immediately, because of these service activate without my confirmation, and I have immediately sent stop msg that particular phone no. but particular service was not discounted, same day I have call to 12345 register complaint regarding that service & request disconnected these service immediately,
But service was not disconnected so why are I am paying extra 100 rs. I will not pay that extra amount you charge me.
