Idea Cellular — Negative Billing | |||
Dear sir, I would like to tell you that i am getting very disturbed from the idea care because of wrong billing of my idea postpaid connection . as per my new idea plan there is some data needs to be free of cost but idea put the charges to my bill of data using by me which is not ok with my plan . when i talk to idea care there is different reasons of different consumer care officers.
