Sir, I recharge with PI Rs46 3G net pack in which I get 150 MB on the same day same time my Aunt recharge with PI Rs 46 3G net Pack on my number I did not get that PI. The Customer care is telling that it is not their company policy to add that PI, Sir we are common people we don't know any policy, and Idea is not that low rates services, but I am not getting any refund Please help me .
