Dear Team, I have requested to migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid. My postpaid is disconnected on Saturday but its already monday and prepaid sim is not yet activated. I dont know how many important calls i have lost, I have called them and asked to keep my number activated till the prepaid gets active. Thanks for that reply, my number is deactivated from saturday, and i am not getting proper response from your customer care, they put me in hold and run off, its already tuesday, 4 days without any calls and messages, This is a mental torture :(
