Idea Cellular — Network issue in Panvel (Koproli) area | |||
I have given multiple complaint about network issue in Panvel area to IDEA customer care but till date issue is not resolved. Everytime, I get a response that it will be resolved in 3 month as new site installation is in progress. Complaint no C1-[protected]-logged in month of June 2015 and already closed with out resolution. Latest complaint no C1-[protected]--logged in November 2015 -- closed without resolution. Idea is advertising being number 1 network in India, I don't understand on what basis they are considering themselves as no 1 network, when they cannot fix network issue pending for more than 6 months. Till date issue is not resolved but complaint is marked as resolved. I don't understand why you keep on closing complaint with out resolving the issue?
