Idea Cellular — New Connection [protected]

I had purchased a new Idea postpaid number on[protected]. I had paid Rs 300 and also provided my documents along with the signed application form on the same day. The person told me that a verification will be conducted and thereafter my mobile number will be activated. The verification was conducted on[protected] but no confirmation message was given to me whether the verification was positive or not. Thereafter I visited the Idea store and they told me that I have been given a wrong sim card. There after on 16 April 2015 a message on my other mobile number was given to me that my request has been cancelled for the new number. Now neither my mobile number is being activated nor my funds are being given back to me. My Idea Mobile Number is [protected] and sim number is[protected].
